Beef pepper rice sauce: combine all ingredients in a small bowl and set aside 2. Add olive oil to medium high heat - large deep pan 3. Sauté onions/garlic for 2 mins and move to side 4. Optional: add 1 tablespoon butter, enokki, 1/4 tspn salt/pepper and cook for about 2 mins, remove from pan and serve as a side dish 5. Move sautéed onions/garlic to middle of pan 6. Add thinly sliced beef around onions/garlic and sprinkle beef with salt/pepper. Let sit for about 1 min so the bottom can get a bit crispy 7. Add rice in middle of pan - on top of onions/garlic 8. Sprinkle corn over the top 9. Sprinkle green onions on top 10. Pour sauce all over pan 11. Let it cook for about 2 mins so flavors can combine and bottom can get crispier 12. Slowly stir thinly sliced beef so it can cook and get crispy for another min or so 13. Add in white pepper on top (or black pepper) 14. Carefully stir and combine rice and beef (similar to fried rice). Try not to stir too much as rice can get a bit mushy 15. Scrap bottom of pan if rice gets stuck (the crispies add texture!) 16. Garnish with green onions and enjoy! #onepotmeals #beefpepperrice #dinnerideas
