1. Whisk together milk, pickle juice, and half of the measured seasonings above.
2. Pour in cut up chicken into pickle juice marinade and marinade for about 15-30 mins. 30 mins will give it more of a pickled flavor, if you like it more on the pickled side.
3. Pour flour plus other half of the seasonings above in a separate bowl/shallow dish plate.
4. Preheat oil at medium high heat for about 2-3 mins and prep for frying. Once chicken has marinated, take chicken pieces out, and toss it in flour. Discard chicken juice marinade.
5. Shake off excess flour from chicken, place in oil to fry on each side for about 2 mins or until golden brown at medium heat. Turn chicken over to fry other side for about another 1-2 mins or until golden brown.
6. Bake frozen rolls according to package instructions.
7. Grab stick of butter, place in bowl, and microwave for 30-45 seconds or until butter has almost completely melted.
8. Stir honey into the melted butter until combined.
9. Grab a spoon or kitchen brush and lightly brush rolls with butter.
10. While chicken is cooking, you can place the rolls back in the hot oven (off) to keep them warm.
11. When chicken is done, place on paper towel to drain excess oil.
12. Grab the rolls, and place chicken in between.
13. Brush lightly with butter, if desired. Enjoy!
